~Attention~

As most of you know the registration process has changed, you will receive all available materials in advance of the Conference via email. Registering for the conference requires a valid email address. The email will also serve as confirmation.  We no longer pass out packets at the conferences. Please feel free to print out these materials and bring them with you to the Conference and/or download to your personal electronic devices such as an IPAD or Tablet. It is up to attendees to decide the best method of using the materials to prepare in advance.  Some presenters may bring handouts with them that were not made available for distribution prior to the conference. Please Note: Emails are sent through the same software as the OML Legislative Bulletin, anyone who has “unsubscribed” from the distribution list must re-subscribe or use a different email address.

In order to ensure the conference materials reach attendees in enough time to prepare we have set a Registration and Payment Deadline for June 3, 2019. All paid registrations will receive the confirmation email with materials starting June 5th. Golf Outing- There will be a golf outing on Wednesday, June 12th at the Safari Golf Club in Powell.  A separate form for golf registration is available.  Tee times will be emailed to those registering. 

Spouse ProgramShuttle to Easton: There will be a shuttle bus going to Easton shopping center Thursday for those who would like partake in a day of shopping. The shuttle will pick up participants at 10 am from the hotel and return at 2 pm to the designated meeting place in Easton for pick up. There will be no charge for the shuttle ride to Easton however attendees are responsible for their own meals.

Hotel -  The conference is being held at the Renaissance Hotel, 50 N. Third Street, Columbus 43215. To make reservations please contact the hotel at 1-877-901-6632. The room rate is $147 Cut-off date is 5/22/2019.

Early Arrival Event Veterans Memorial Museum Tour (6:00 ~ 8:00 pm) at 6:00 pm buses will shuttle attendees from the hotel to the Veterans Memorial Museum, where they will enjoy a tour and dinner.

DOOR PRIZES - We will continue the tradition of having door prizes raffled off at the 2019 conference.  All Mayors are invited to bring a unique gift representative of their communities to be included in the giveaway.  Gifts will be distributed during the Annual Business meeting luncheon on Friday.
