OML Annual Conference Exhibiting

The 71st  Annual Ohio Municipal League Conference and Exhibit Show is approaching.  The conference will be held at the Renaissance Hotel, Columbus, Ohio.  The conference dates are October 12th ~ 14th

EXHIBITOR PROGRAM

We once again have facilities to invite vendors to join us at our conference as part of our product exhibit show.   Setup for the exhibits will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12th.  The show officially will open at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12th with a reception for all of our conference attendees and exhibitors and end with a dinner for all of our conference attendees and exhibitors. The exhibit area will be secured Wednesday evening by private security provided by the League.   Exhibits must remain intact until the closing of the show at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13th.  No security will be available after the closing of the show.

As always, we assign spaces on a first come, first serve basis.  Please note, exhibitor registration contract forms emailed or faxed will not be assigned a booth until payment is received.

The show would be a great opportunity for your company to enhance its presence in one of the nation's top municipal markets.  Parking is included in the booth space price.  Booth space entitles you to: 

  •  Rental - $600 each space
  • A 6'x10' Space
  • 8’ x 3’ flame proof back drapery in red, white & blue
  • One 6’ x 2’ x 30” high white table skirted on three sides
  • One wastebasket
  • Two folding chairs
  • One identification sign with company name and booth number 

In addition, your firm's name will be listed in the Annual Conference Program. 

If you need electricity for your booth, arrangements are to be made with the Renaissance hotel directly during set up. (Fern does not handle electricity)

All additional arrangements (carpeting for inside booth, phone lines, extra chairs, extra furnishings, etc.) will be handled through the George Fern Company. Fern will be in contact after we receive your Exhibitor registration contract and payment. 

HOTEL AND PARKING

Exhibits, general sessions and workshop sessions will all be held at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel, 50 N. 3rd Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Valet parking is available for overnight stays. One car per room is included in the room rate. All valet parking is based on availability. Those parking for just the day may receive a parking voucher from the OML registration desk.

 will ask for the Ohio Municipal League (OML) Annual Conference to receive the group rate of $167 for each room. The rooms will be held until the cut-off date of Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 5 p.m.

****Please be aware that there are third-party sites that will claim to manage our hotel’s group reservations. You should ONLY be making reservations using the link and phone number above. If you make your reservation using a third party or through a web search, Renaissance cannot manage/change your reservation, and they will not be booked into our block or receive the discounted rate. ****
