Municipal Finance Officers Spring Conference

You’re invited to join the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ohio for its 2023 Spring Conference. The conference will be held May 10-12, 2023 at the Marriott Columbus Northwest (5605 Blazer Parkway, Dublin, OH 43017).  


The conference will cover a wide range of topics, some of which include:

  • Debt Fundamentals
  • ARPA Funding
  • Economic Development 
  • Ohio Ethics Law
  • Cybersecurity 


CPE, CPIM & Fiscal Integrity Credits will be available for those who need them. CPIM Credit numbers will be furnished to participants upon completion of each workshop they attend, and CPE credit instructions will be provided at the registration desk.

We have set a registration and payment deadline of May 5, 2023 in order to ensure the conference materials reach attendees with enough preparation time. All paid registrations will begin receiving the confirmation email with materials on May 5. 


Please note: Confirmation emails are sent through the same software as the OML Legislative Bulletin. Anyone who has unsubscribed from the distribution list must re-subscribe or use a different email address.

 No Show & Refund Policy
: Email for cancellations. No refunds will be made unless cancellation is received in writing (email) at least five days prior to the conference date. No refunds will be available for those registered but who do not attend on the day(s) of the conference.



Attendees will receive all available materials in advance of the conference via email, which also serves as registration confirmation. Please feel free to print these materials and bring them with you to the conference and/or download to your personal electronic devices. Some presenters may bring handouts with them that are not made available for distribution prior to the conference.



The annual business meeting of the MFOA will take place on Thursday, May 11, after the General Session. During this important meeting, board members will be elected for a two-year term. Nominations should be submitted to the MFOA offices by May 2.  The nominating committee will meet in the morning on Thursday, May 11.

A special room rate of $152 (king/double) is available for conference attendees. The cut-off date is April 19, 2022. Complimentary self-parking .
