2023 OML Salary Survey
As you may know, the League conducts a salary survey to share with municipal officials every other year. This survey is a useful tool which enables you to see what cities and villages similar to yours are paying their employees. As always, we ask for all municipalities to participate so officials have a better variety of data to study and utilize.
You can find the link to complete the city or village salary survey at the top of the home page of our website or by using the QR Codes at the bottom of the page. Please fill out the survey as complete as possible and remember your municipality’s name will be listed on the completed survey. Please note requested salary figures are annual only. No weekly, bi-weekly, overtime, any other premium or longevity payments will be listed in the survey.
To be included in the results, please complete the survey no later than March 31, 2023. Every municipality that participates in the survey will receive an email with the survey results FREE of charge. For any municipalities that do not participate, there will be a $15.00 fee to receive the survey results. Results will be available April 14.
