Board Leadership Selected for OML

Home News Posted on December 30, 2025

OML, which represents more than 730 cities and villages across the state, announced its board leadership for 2026 and expressed appreciation for the outgoing president’s service. OML works on behalf of Ohio municipalities by providing advocacy, education, and resources to support strong local governance and vibrant communities.

OML extends its sincere thanks to Zanesville Mayor Donald Mason for his dedicated service as board president in 2025. Mayor Mason’s leadership and commitment to Ohio’s municipalities were instrumental throughout the year. As a token of appreciation, incoming president Lisbon Fiscal Officer Tracey Wonner presented Mayor Mason with a commemorative plaque recognizing his service.

Looking ahead to 2026, Wonner will serve as OML board president. Serving alongside her will be Mt. Vernon Mayor Matt Starr as first vice president and Obetz City Administrator Rod Davisson as second vice president. Together, the board officers will help guide OML’s work in advocating for municipal interests at the Ohio Statehouse and supporting municipal officials across Ohio.
